I hope you don't mind if I share a few non-Christmas pictures today? Even though it is Spring here in Oz I just wanted to show you some of my favourite Fall and Halloween Images that are all around blogland at the moment. Fall is my favourite season of the year because it is cool, colourful and so pretty!
Oh how we love pumpkin season. You did know this gourd-ish squash has its own season, right? Winter, Spring, Summer, Pumpkin.... We anxiously anticipate it every year.

“The falling leaves drift by the window, the autumn leaves of red and gold….
I see your lips, the summer kisses, the sunburned hands, I used to hold.Since you went away, the days grow long, and soon I’ll hear ol’ winter’s song.
But I miss you most of all my darling, when autumn leaves start to fall.”

The one red leaf, the last of its clan,
That dances as often as dance it can,
Hanging so light, and hanging so high,
On the topmost twig that looks up at the sky.
